Boim's Restaurant
Boim's Restaurant is a unique restaurant for Lviv featuring modern author's cuisine combined with classic French dishes from the regions of Alsace, Ile-de-France and Provence. The main ideology of the restaurant – Nordic – is the preparation of dishes from different countries of the world with a focus on local products and a special manner of serving. 80% of the restaurant's menu is author's cuisine from local Western Ukrainian products: mushrooms, forest berries, herbs and flowers, fruits and vegetables, farm cheeses, meat (for example, black Angus from a farm 100 km from Lviv), fish, etc.
All dishes prepared at Boim's Restaurant are selected, bought and prepared with love and inspiration. Each dish is filled with spiritual power and conveys incredible gastronomic and aesthetic emotions to our guests, surprises with the combination of flavors and elegant presentation, make you fall in love with its amazing aroma and has a positive effect on the health of your body.
Boim's Restaurant is located in Lviv at the address of st. Shevska, 6 on the -1st and 1st floors of the Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv hotel in historic buildings included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The basement premises of the restaurant (under the tenement houses on Shevska St. No. 6 and No. 4) are the so-called «pubs» that have been partially preserved to this day since the end of the 16th century (stone vaults, authentic arches, etc.), and give an idea of the peculiarities of the medieval layout of the house.
The stone house number 4 is one of the most valuable monuments of the historical and cultural heritage of Lviv and is associated with one of its historical owners – György Boim – Lviv burgomaster and secretary of King Stefan Batory at the end of the 16th century. Hence the name of our restaurant.

Boim's Restaurant offers its guests a fairly diverse bar menu with a wide range of wines, alcoholic cocktails and spirits. Among the wines, the largest number of brands are represented by French producers, as the basis of the Boim Restaurant menu is French cuisine. But our wine list also offers Italian, Spanish, Argentinian, Australian, South African and, of course, Ukrainian brands. Such a selection of wines guarantees our guests maximum satisfaction from the time spent in our restaurant and emphasizes the unique combination of flavors of each dish.
Our chef sommelier will help you decide on a choice – a person who is responsible for the drink list, gives advice on serving wines, participates in the service process from the serving of wine to the moment when guests leave the hall. Our sommelier is well versed in any issues related to wines, and recommends paying attention to 5 important rules of good wine.
The first rule is the manufacturer. Here it is quite easy to decide on well-known brands, but it is more difficult to choose a small family manufacturer at an affordable price with very high quality.
The second rule is the harvest year. It is important to know not only whether this year was successful in the region, but also what it was like in a particular wine-producing farm.
The third is the age of the wine. Some wines should be drunk immediately after bottling, others only a few years after being bottled.
The fourth is storage conditions. It is extremely important that the wine ripens at a constant temperature (12 degrees) and humidity (75%), then it will open and bring maximum pleasure.
The fifth rule is the method of delivery. The path from the producer should be as short as possible, so we buy wines directly from certified wine importers in Ukraine.

from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday (kitchen to 10:00 p.m.);
from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. from Sunday till Thursday (kitchen to 09:00 p.m.)
The restaurant bars are located on the -1st and 1st floors
and are open until 9:00 p.m.
