The architectural and planning solutions of the hotel were developed in such a way as to preserve the existing spatial composition of the «stone houses» (number of floors, walls, layout), to leave untouched the authentic elements of decoration, in particular, facades, wooden stairs, window and door openings, masonry of brick vaults in basements, etc.
