Hotel Facilities
The structure of the Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv Hotel, in addition to the number of rooms, includes a comfortable gym (for Hotel guests), a spacious lobby-lounge area and an atmospheric Boim's Restaurant with modern author's cuisine.
Front Desk
The front desk is located on the 1st floor of the Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv Hotel and works around the clock. Our administrators will help guests resolve any issue related to accommodation or other Hotel services. If you want to contact reception, please, dial 0101 or 0102 on the phone in your room. Friendly, experienced and multilingual staff await you 24 hours a day.
Check-in / Check-out
Unless otherwise stated in the specific rate code terms & conditions, check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. and check-out time is by 12:00 p.m. The property may accommodate late check-out after 12:00 p.m. for an additional fee; subject to room availability.
Express Check-out
In order to make your check-out as fast as possible, guests are offered the option to pick up a pre-printed copy of your invoice and pay the invoice at reception any time before check-out.
Types of Payments and Deposit
Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv accepts payment in cash and by credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard).
At the time of check-in, the Guest must provide the administrator with credit card details to block a deposit of UAH 3,000 as a guarantee of compensation to the Hotel for possible additional services received or property damage. If there is no debt to the Hotel and no damage to the Hotel, the deposit is returned to the Guest's bank card within 14 days after departure (depending on the Guest's bank).
The guest has the opportunity to make a deposit in cash in hryvnias by filling out the appropriate form in duplicate. At the same time, the Guest must provide one of the copies when returning the deposit at the reception desk.
Lobby and Lounge Area
Lobby and lounge areas are located on the 1st floor near the entrance to Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv. There our guests can await the checking-in, drink a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, and meet with business partners or friends.
Restaurant
Boim's Restaurant is a unique restaurant of modern author's cuisine combined with traditional French dishes. The main concept of the restaurant - Nordic - is the preparation of dishes from different countries of the world with a focus on local products and a special manner of serving dishes.
• The restaurant is located on the 1st and -1st floors of the Hotel.
• The restaurant operates on a menu type “a la carte” from 12:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
• Bar is open until 10:00 p.m.
Breakfast
Breakfast on weekdays and weekends (on the -1 floor of the Hotel) from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Early Express Breakfast
If our guests are unable to visit the restaurant during breakfast, we are ready to offer an early express breakfast (available before breakfast). Each of our Guests can order the «early express breakfast» or «breakfast to go» service by notifying the reception staff until 11:00 p.m. the previous day (to order, call 0101 or 0102). For guests whose breakfast is included in the price, this option is free, if this service is not included in the price, you can order it for an additional fee.
Room Service
Room Service is provided around the clock according to the menu that can be found in the room. To order, please call 0111.
Minibar and Snacks
In your minibar, you will find chilled drinks and snacks. Have a look at the price list. All consumed items will be charged to your hotel bill.
Gym
On the 2nd floor, a comfortable gym is available for the Hotel's guests, equipped with modern and multifunctional models of exercise machines, as well as a variety of sports equipment. The gym is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Children
For our guests who travel with small children, cribs are available pending availability. Depending on your room type, a roll-away bed may also be supplied upon request at an extra charge per night. Please contact reception for pricing and availability.
Luggage
The hotel has a luggage room, where you can store your bags upon check-out for up to 24 hours. Additional days can be purchased for storing luggage at reception pending available space.
Wake up Call
We will wake you up at an appropriate time by calling in your room. You can order this service at the reception or by the phone 0101 or 0102.
Wi-Fi
Take advantage of our wireless high-speed broadband Internet at any time throughout the Hotel. The service is free while you are staying at the Hotel. You will receive the WI-FI password at the check-in desk upon check-in. A wired access port is available for each room, an Ethernet cable is available upon request.
Room Cleaning
You room is cleaned daily. If you want to clean you room in suitable time, please put the sign “Make up the room” or inform reception desk.
Parking
The Hotel is located in the city center of Lviv in the pedestrian zone. If you are planning to visit the hotel by car, contact us for further information in order to avoid a fine.
Pets
Pets of any kind are not allowed at the property. Service dogs are welcome (by agreement with the Hotel administration).
Transfers, taxis, rental cars and other means
of transportation
Our staff will help you plan your trips. Contact the reception desk to call a taxi, rent a car, book train or plane tickets to any destination.
Excursions and tours
At the reception desk on the 1st floor of the Hotel, you will find free maps of the city, information about excursions, contacts of travel companies and recommended places of interest.
Daily newspapers and magazines
At the reception desk located on the 1st floor, you will always find daily national newspapers as well as other magazines and reading materials.
Washing and ironing
Washing and ironing of your clothes is available every day except Sunday. Items will be returned to you within 24 hours. Express service is available on weekdays (on request, contact the reception before 10:00 p.m. by calling 0101 or 0102). The laundry bag and price list can be found on the shelf in the closet. Please fill out the service order form, put it together with your belongings in a special bag in the closet, leave it in the room and report it to the reception. The laundry staff will take care of your things. Iron and ironing board available upon request.
Currency and Tax
All rates are indicated in hryvnias and are subject to VAT of 7% on accommodation and 20% on goods and services, unless otherwise specified. In addition, a tourist tax of UAH 40,00 per night per person is charged.
Safety and Security
We recommend keeping all your valuables in the safe located in your room. When entering or leaving a room, make sure the door is fully closed.
For your safety, the apartment is monitored 24/7 by video surveillance in public areas, and an employee and a security guard are always on duty at the reception desk. Immediately bring any problem to the attention of the administration.
In case of an air alarm, please go down to -1 floor where you will find shelter.
Safe
Each room is equipped with an electronic safe.
Elevator
The elevator is available on 5 floors of Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv, from the 5th to the 6th floor - climbing the stairs.
Fax, copy
If you need to receive/send a fax or make a photocopy of documents, please contact the reception desk.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited on the entire territory of Best Western Plus Market Square Lviv.
